Discounted tickets are available for visitors eligible for reduced admission upon presentation of supporting documentation. Tickets of any category can be purchased online. Please remember to bring your proof of eligibility when visiting, as it may be requested at the entrance.

Ticket Purchase and Refund Policy
Ticket purchases and refunds are subject to the terms of the Public Offer.
Tickets may be refunded at the visitor’s request within the following timeframes:
Exhibitions – no later than 1 day* before your visit to the Centre
Regular guided tours – no later than 1 day* before the tour
Thematic, curator-led or individual tours, art brunches – no later than 3 days* before the event
Concerts, performances, and live events – no later than 3 days* before the event
Cinema (screenings, festivals, special discussions) – no later than the startthe screening begins
Film events (film + concert or lecture) – no later than 1 day* before the event
Workshops for teens and adults (ages 12+, 16+, 18+) – no later than 1 day* before the event
Adult courses/intensives subscriptions – no later than 3 days* before the first session listed in the subscription. Partial refunds for later sessions are not available.
Children’s workshops (ages 0+, 6+) – no later than 1 day* before the event
Children’s workshop subscriptions – no later than 1 day* before the first session listed in the subscription. Partial refunds for later sessions are not available.
To request a refund, please complete the online refund form.
Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made after these deadlines.
The event date itself is not included when calculating the refund period.
Refunds requested after the deadlines listed above may be granted in the event of illness of the visitor is, or the death of a close relative or family member. Supporting documentation is required.

The Forum is a universal public and exhibition space, open to the public.
A flexible exhibition space capable of displaying artworks in a variety of formats, including large-scale installations and sculptures. A system of movable partitions makes it possible to host exhibitions of any scale.

Visitors to the Zotov Centre are required to:
- observe public order and social norms of behaviour;
- treat other visitors and staff with respect;
- avoid actions that create discomfort or danger for others;
- comply with reasonable and lawful requests of the administration and security staff regarding the rules of the Centre;
- not leave personal belongings unattended;
- immediately inform staff of any suspicious or forgotten items without touching them;
- set mobile devices to silent mode;
- keep an appropriate distance when viewing exhibits;
- explain the rules to their children and take responsibility for their behaviour;
- leave items exceeding 30×40×20 cm in the cloakroom or free storage lockers.
The following are not permitted in the Zotov Centre:
- professional photography or filming (including with flash and using special equipment: cranes, dollies, tripods, etc.) without prior approval from the PR department;
- visiting with animals (including small pets);
- intentional littering of the spaces and grounds of the Centre;
- eating outside the Café area;
- playing musical instruments;
- listening to music or other audio without headphones;
- loud phone conversations;
- damaging the property of the Centre;
- distributing informational or promotional materials;
- displaying extremist or terrorist symbols, or imagery that incites racial, social, national or religious hatred or enmity;
- smoking of any kind, drinking alcohol, consuming toxic or narcotic substances, or being under the influence of alcohol, drugs or toxic substances;
- using personal means of transport (scooters, roller skates, skateboards, etc.);
- bringing and using personal folding chairs, cushions, or other similar items for individual comfort;
- entering restricted areas, including staff and technical rooms;
- conducting guided tours, or educational activities of any kind, without prior approval from the administration;
- distributing tickets, conducting commercial, advertising or other similar activities;
- using sockets to charge personal devices or appliances;
- being barefoot or without clothing.
On the exhibition floors it is not permitted to:
- cross safety barriers;
- wear outer clothing;
- bring or consume food or drinks;
- speak loudly;
- carry large backpacks or bags;
- listen to audio guides or other audio without headphones;
• touch exhibits, unless they are interactive;
• touch exhibition equipment (cases, stands, displays, etc.) or interior elements (columns, pedestals, windowsills, furniture, etc.);
• join guided tours or mediator tours without a valid ticket.
Guided Tours
Centre staff and invited experts lead themed tours for organised groups, as well as individual tours for one or more visitors, by prior arrangement.

Photography and Filming
Amateur photography and filming are permitted in public areas of the Centre. Flash and additional equipment (tripods, stabilisers, and similar items) are not permitted.
Commercial or artistic photography and filming are only possible with prior approval from the administration. Requests must be sent to info@centrezotov.ru, specifying the equipment, date and time, number of participants, purpose of filming, and intended platform for publication. Please send requests at least 5 working days before the planned shoot.
Photography at temporary exhibitions may be prohibited or restricted in accordance with the requirements of museums and private owners of works on display. Please observe the symbols at the exhibition entrance or near exhibits.
Cloakroom
Outerwear, backpacks or bags larger than 30×40×20 cm are not permitted in the exhibition spaces, except for pushchairs, wheelchairs, walking sticks, crutches, and other mobility aids. A free cloakroom and storage lockers are available on the second floor.
From 15 May to 15 September 2023, the cloakroom operates on a self-service basis. You may leave your outerwear and belongings there by yourself.
