Лекция пройдет на английском языке с доступом к синхронному переводу для желающих.
Мун Хун (Moon Hoon) известен умением размывать традиционные границы архитектуры, сочетать и смешивать её с другими дисциплинами для создания собственного нового языка. Его проекты отличаются необычными формами, материалами и неожиданным символизмом.
На лекции Мун Хун представит свои рисунки и покажет, какой путь они проходит из скетчбука до реальных архитектурных проектов по всему миру. После состоится круглый стол с участием креативного директора Материи Андрея Фомичёва, на котором мы поговорим о способах архитектурного мышления.

Materia and the Zotov Center invite you to a lecture by Korean architect Moon Hoon "To the Moon and Back" about boldness without boundaries in architecture.
Moon Hoon is known for his ability to blur the traditional boundaries of architecture, combining and blending it with other disciplines to create his own new language. His designs are distinguished by unusual shapes, materials, and unexpected symbolism.
At the lecture, Moon Hoon will present his drawings and show how they go from a sketchbook to real architectural projects around the world. After that, a round table will be held with the participation of Andrey Fomichev, creative director of Materia, where we will talk about the ways of architectural thinking.

Мун Хун родился в 1968 году, учился архитектуре в Корее и США. С 2001 года руководит собственным архитектурным бюро Moonbalsso, которое специализируется на жилой, культурной и mixed-use архитектуре. За свои работы в 2005 году награждён премией Корейского института архитектуры. Его рисунки хранятся в Музее современного искусства в Нью-Йорке, Национальном музее современного искусства Кореи и Фонде Сергея Чобана в Берлине. Также он создает короткометражные фильмы.

Moon Hoon was born in 1968 and studied architecture in Korea and the United States. Since 2001, he has been managing his own architectural bureau Moonbalsso, which specializes in residential, cultural and mixed-use architecture. In 2005, he was awarded the prize of the Korean Institute of Architecture. His drawings have been acquired by the Museum of Modern Art in New York, National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art in Korea, Tchoban Foundation in Berlin. He also creates short films.
